Moor & Co is a commercial advisory practice operated by Richard Mann, based in North Staffordshire. We provide commercial advisory, procurement, marketing, and digital services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Discovery calls are provided free of charge and without obligation. By booking a 30-minute conversation you are agreeing to attend at your chosen date and time. If you need to reschedule please contact us at hello@moorandco.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Any engagement beyond the initial 30-minute conversation will be subject to a separate written agreement or contract outlining scope, fees, and duration. No fees are charged until both parties have agreed in writing to proceed. Our standard retainer engagements operate on a minimum three month term, thereafter rolling monthly with one month's notice on either side.
Where a fixed engagement procurement engagement is agreed, our fee will be calculated as a percentage of verified savings achieved, as agreed in writing prior to commencement. No fee is payable unless measurable savings are delivered and independently verified.
All advice, reports, documents, and materials produced by Moor & Co remain our intellectual property until all fees have been paid in full, at which point they transfer to the client.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information about your business to third parties without your prior written consent, except where required by law.
Moor & Co provides advice and recommendations in good faith based on information provided by the client. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
