When you contact us through our website, book a discovery call, or make an enquiry, we may collect the following information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details of your business challenges or enquiry. We do not collect payment information through this website.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct discovery calls, and where you become a client, to deliver our services to you. We will never sell your data to third parties. We will never pass your information to any other organisation for marketing purposes.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit our contact form, and on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your business enquiry.
If you make an enquiry but do not become a client, we will retain your information for no longer than 12 months. If you become a client, we will retain relevant information for seven years in line with HMRC requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. We use Google Fonts for typography. These services may process limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools on this website.
